Question--letterbox and widescreen edited together

hello. i am in the midde of filming and editing a doc.

I used a hvx200 and shot in 16.9 squeeze and also shot with a dvx100b in letterbox mode.

I have a question about editing these 2 angles together?

Should i render my video as 16.9 or 4.3? I want these multi angle shoots to match up correctly. I meant to film the dvx100b in stretch but made a mistake and accidently used letter box.

please any sugestions will be good.

don't compress the footage with more information yet, keep shooting for max info on the tape (16x9 squeeze)
