Question for Kata R-103 backpack owners

Simple question for DVX100B + Kata R-103 backpack owners... how do you position your camera in the bag? It seems as though the backpack is just a couple inches short of being a better fit for the DVX, or maybe I need to work out a better alignment... As it stands, it seems too tight.

So, how do you position your cam? (Pictures might work best...)

If you adjust the large middle pocket by shifting it all the way to one side, you should be able to squeeze in the DVX (you'll have to fold back the rubber eyepiece). Mine is positioned like this, and I can still squeeze in a battery, lens filter, and mini dv tape or 2 on the side that is scrunched. I would post a pic but I'm on dial-up for the summer.
