question for ipod users

so I just got an ipod nano, and I was able to purchse it will no problem using my debit card and apple account.

Then I go to buy music off itunes, and I login, and go to click buy and I get a your bank information doesn't match with records.

What? Its the same thing I bought the ipod with, as the info was saved. Why won't it work?
