Question about shooting music video at 30p to slow down to 24p...

You know the scenario, shoot a music video in 30p (29.97fps) with the singer lip singing and then slowing it down to 24p (23.976fps) in post to create subtle effect.

My question is what should i do with the song that needs to be played when shooting. What's the correct procedure to output the song at the correct speed for the slightly faster 30p version?

I have a possible music video shoot where i would like to apply this technique but i would like to do some tests first.

Thanks for any help, cheers!

Basic math.

30fps divided by 24fps = speed up the audio 125%

60fps divided by 24fps = speed up the audio 250%

Thanks, i did a test a few days ago and it didn't work properly, i just realized that i had sped up the music by 120% only instead of 125%. Will give it another shot this week!
