hey guys ok here is the setup so you can better understand where I am coming from, using fcp 6, I have a mac pro that does not have its p2 drivers for firewiere but for some reason it picks up the hvx fine as "no name", then I open p2cms and look at all my clips in the p2 card inside the hvx, this is all heppening on the mac pro, now I have an external firewire hard drive, I create a new folder on the external so I can dump the footage there, everything is great and p2cms copies everything to this external except the last clip text file, that I used to see whenver I using a PC, text file does not show up in p2cms, well at least I cant find it nor do I know if its supposed to be there, is this normal, I see all folders but no text file, but yet everything works perfect in fcp, maybe p2cms does not need that last clip text file, someone know whats going on?
