Question about optical dissolves

I have been using Magic Bullet in After Effects recently to do my dissolve transitions using their Optical Dissolves suite. This basically emulates a more film-like transition where the highlights linger for a longer period transitioning into the next scene. It's really a beautiful effect but a pain to have to do it in After Effects using an elaborate Premiere timeline.

Doe anyone know of any plug-ins for Premiere that allow such a transition?

nah, i havent used it personally, but alot of people really seem to like it. its supposed to be directly compareable to magic bullet
