question about Lee lens hoods

Hey everyone,
I'm in need of an inexpensive lens hood and or matte box for the dvx. I had found this one http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=146769&is=REG

Could someone please tell me if this hood would work well with the dvx. Has anyone had any experience's with Lee brand lens hoods?

Also what is the difference between the hood in the above link and this one http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=132415&is=REG

this hood is 200 dollars more and I don't understand why.

it looks like the difference is the second one allows for rotation of one of the filters.
