Question about DVD Architect 3

I bought Vegas as a bundle with the DVD Architect 3. My question is, what type of region does this software create. I'm assuming its making "Region 0" or "Region 1" being that I can at least watch a dvd made with this software on my personal dvd player.

But does anyone know specifically if this software creates a "region 0" or "region 1" DVD?
 
It's been a while since I used DVDA, but I think you can choose the region you want. You can go universal or choose a spoecific region, etc.

OK, I'm trying to submit a movie I made to a film fest. It says the DVD should be region 1. If DVD Architect 3 makes region free dvds, then I'm good to go. Right? Since my DVD will play on any format. Am I right in my thinking?
