On "real" movies only crew is listed on a crew list. A contact list is often just vendors or rental houses, and is separate from the crew list. Cast contact details are not included on any widely distributed list.
I don't know what scale of project you are talking about, so I don't know if that is helpful or not.
As with above, it depends. A lot of shows I've worked on have a call sheet, which contains all the cast and crew, which as an office worker I used to contact everyone. We get to do that because reality shows only have a couple of cast members. On narratives I've seen them separate. Those projects usually also have a production packet available in the production office, which includes everyone - cast, crew, rental houses, property managers, corporate consultants, legal department, schedules, craft services, maps... basically everything you can think of.
