Question about ballasts for DIY 575w "HMI"

I read the article from cool lights about a DIY HMI light, but I'd really like to make a 575w light. I'd buy the lights from coollights, but the thing is I've already got 4 Kliegl 1k fresnels just aching to be put back in service as HMI rip offs. I'd like to use the Eiko ESR 575-se-hr lamp, or the Osram but I don't know where to look for the ballast. Anyone know what ballast works with these lamps?

If you go onto the Osram web site and pull up a specific bulb's white sheet it will list the ballasts that will work with it.
