question about adobe premiere pro CS4

However when I worked in CS4 I would render out all the video clips at 640x360 Sorenson 3 QT files. My PC could edit those easily, and when it came to online the old files, it was as simple as pointing it to the original folder.
Make sure your file names match exactly so when you need to re-online it's very easy to do so.
My method also requires you to make a timeline for editing offline (640x360) and then after on-lining, you have to make a new timeline that is 1920x1080, copy and paste the edit into the new timline, then final render.
