Hi.
I drafted a contract for the actors which basically stated the agreement for the name and likeness of the artist in the picture. My question is:
In the contract, I need to state that the use of name and likeness is specifically for this picture, which I give the specific title and note that it will be called "Picture" in future reference. If I change the title of my film, will the contract still hold up? Because in order to be specific, I need to state the film's title, but my current title is only a place holder. If it does not hold up, how do I state it so that it will?
TIA
