So I have an HVX200 and was given a Canon WD-H72 (Wide angle lens).
I ordered a step down ring but I noticed that on the WD Lens there is a bit of "lens Housing" before the threads start . I don't know if that makes sense. another words, if the hvx happened to be a 72mm filter fit then the WD would hit the camera lens before the threads caught. I'm wondering if anyone has ever experienced this issue, I'm hoping that the step down ring will remedy the problem by adding distance from the camera lens and the wd lens, like a spacer of some sort. Sorry, I hope i described it correctly. I was given this lens (nice glass) so I want to make it work.
