Quantaray Filters

does anyone know if the Quantaray polarizer filters are any good? I went to a store nearby and they were pretty cheap but I've never really heard of them. Thanks for the help
 
They are a no-name in house brand for places like Ritz and Wolfe camera. Not very good stuff I am afraid. For filters, you would want to consider B+W, Schneider, Hoya, etc. Cheap filters are a waste of money unless it's a UV you just put on to protect the lens and then take off when you shoot.
