Have had mostly good experiences with buying Tamron (have 2 zooms, the 17-50 and 28-75, getting my 17-50 checked and calibrated at the moment)
Maybe not the best examples but all the following shot wide open with the 28-75 on my old digital rebel

30 f1.4 Sigma
and possibly
11-16 Tokina
Is it recommended that I purchase 2 or 3 copies and test myself or?? What has been your experience with Sigma and Tokina lenses?
