QT embedded video page

Newbie question here....

What's the cheapest route to be able to make those QT (.mov) webpages --the ones where the video starts automatically, centered page in typically an either all white or black background. (Sorry, my html/web terminology is bad).

here's an example from the 'DVX Screengrab' section:
http://www.stickypod.com/videos/data/1/randomshotsforstudy-Sequence_1-H_264_300Kbps.mov

(it was the first one I randomly saw --sorry to pick on a user)

Would it be this simple?:

-Get a domain
-Find a web hosting service (recommendations welcomed)
-insert the right html tag (which I can google I suppose --but help would aslo be welcomed)

...or am I missing something?

Just want to make sure before I spend money on creating a website. Perhaps there's a free alternative? I really just need to create those pages --I've found them to be the best way to share videos.

thanks!

that is just a link to a quicktime movie file, it technically isnt a webpage. Its a file your browser plays inside itself. So all you would have to do is make a page, like a news page or something that would allow people to click a button or picture or thing that would then link to it,

for example
'www.yoursite.com'

a button on there that says "play me"

that links to a file on the webserver...

as you can see it isn't linking to an html page, just a .mov file

i hope that helps
