how do i go about putting the 72mm clear uv filter on? do i just screw it on? sorry for such a crazy question, but hey im excited!

Aaron, did you actually wait for a reply before proceeding?

I can just see you sitting there with filter in one hand computer mouse in the other staring anxiously at your monitor as you click refresh over and over.

hehe. no terry im not sitting here clicking refresh. :) i get my dvx100a tomorrow. but yes i probably would have been doing EXACTLY what you said if it were here w/ me right know. hehe :)

Don't forget to take it out of the box as well.

Just making sure we cover all the bases here.

Aaron, I'm impressed!

You don't get your DVX till tomorrow, but you're already practicing the filter screw.

That's anticipation....

And don't forget, if your DVX happens to make a "clicking" noise when you tilt it from side to side, it means you got one of the few hundred defective ones. Best solution is to pour a little water on it.

yes, if it clicks, your stabilization fluid didn't get properly hydrated, and the water will activate it so the image control rod doesn't clunk around like that.

I seriously hope he doesnt pour water on it....... if he does you guys owe him a new DVX and a beer
