putting more than one video on timeline

I am using Vegas movie studio 10 platinum and want to know how to put several videos on the timeline to burn to Blu-ray or DVD. All my short videos edited on this programme seem to be Projects. As only one project can me placed on the timeline, how can I put them all on. If anyone knows please explain to me in plain English step by step as I'm getting on and can't understand the jargon used by the experts. Thanks

I don't believe Vegas Movie Studio can nest project files, so you will need to render a copy of each of the short films you want to include in the final combined video.

Edit short video #1. Render video.
Edit short video #2. Render video.

Start a new project. Add Rendered Video 1 and Rendered Video 2 to the timeline. Render new video of the two combined.
