Putting a press kit together.

A client of mine wants to do this. I told them i could do it no problem as soon as i find out what it is lol. But yeah. what does a press-kit consit of?
she has footage of interviews and such that she wants to market to networks i guess. so is this like a demo reel?

Depends on what its for but stuff like bios, mission statement, pictures, DVD or CD, logos, detailed description of what ever it is you are trying to pimp, budgets or projections and maybe a hat or some trinket with the logo on it. Thats all I can think of at the moment.
