1. Eligibility
The Pusan International Film Festival accepts in the categories of features films, experimental films, documentaries, short films and animation. For the festival screening, 35mm, 16mm, Betacam (NTSC) and Digital Video (PAL or NTSC) are acceptable. Betacam(PAL), Digital Beta, DVC PRO, DVD, and HD formats are not acceptable for the screening in any case. The festival program gives priority to world and international premiere screenings. All screenings must be at least Korean premieres. All films and videos must be subtitled in English.
According to that I can turn in Digital Video to be screen for the Pusan film festival. I have to ask exactly what is Digital Video if not a DVD?
