Purchasing question

B&H is selling Vegas6 & DVD for 450 and Newegg.com is selling it for 405. I've never dealt with Newegg. Are they cool or scammers? I'd rather save 45, but if they're shady in anyway I'll just order from B&H. Any info is greatly appreciated.
 
If there's shipping involved, add that into the decision as well for an apples-to-apples comparison.

Otherwise, I've seen Newegg.com's name around a LOT, so I'm assuming they're reputable. If you're still worried, do a search on google for them to see if they show up on chats/blogs as a garbage company, etc.
 
Newegg is definitely NOT shady. They are probably the biggest online retailer of computer parts. I have purchased all my computer gear from them for the past two years, and have never had a problem. I never purchased software from them though so I can't speak specifically to that, but I know they have a great reputation among the computer geek crowd.
 
I would completely endorse Newegg. I've bought from them dozens of times, and never had an issue. I'm actually ordering the Vegas+DVD combo from them this weekend...
 
Yeah newegg is one of the best places to buying ANYTHING that newegg sells, they have the LOWEST prices usually and have the FASTEST shipping I've ever seen in my life, except when I bought my Digital rebel from then and UPS lost my package, but it was UPS, newegg4life they own places monarch computer
 
I'll throw in my endorsement of Newegg as well. They are a great company and their prices are legit. I'd say go for it.
 
Thanks alot for the replies. I will go with Newegg then since they seem to have a good rep. This will save a little cash, so thanks for the info.
