hi gang,

i just ordered mine today to finally be an official member of the club. i was waiting on the specs of the xl-2 and the deciding factor was the specs didn't warrant it's size.

i have owned the xl1s and the vx2000 and wanted to go 24p but i wasn't completely sold on the dvx100. once the 100a came out i knew it was for me but i held off because i wanted to see what the xl2 was about and i had my other cameras.

but i have video jobs coming up i need to shoot in 24p so my other cameras were sold and the panny purchased. i have used a friends 100 on occasion so i am somewhat familiar with it.

anyways wanted to say the hype about rush and evs is true. great service and price.

i haven't been here in a while but i returned to order batteries that used to be advertised on here. do members know if they are still available or recommend where i can get some.

don't know if i'm doing anything wrong but i don't see the sticky you mention.

i'm using safari on a mac running os 10.3.5

there is a banner on top but i don't see the sticky or links that used to be up top of the page for the battery, dvstream etc...

No prob. There is a battry banner, just refresh a couple of times.But if you want you can check the first post on the list (What's the deal with the battery"). That's the sticky.
