Canon 5D.

In all its Frigging Glory. I finally made the descision. I know the camera. I love its sensor. I love the way it takes pictures.

I bought one today. My first DSLR. Im sorry Portra64, im Sorry Fujichrome, im sorry Kodak.... But the time had come.

My First picture out of the Box. my dad, after learning how much it cost....

1600 ISO! F4.0 1/30th a sec.

I know i wouldnt be happy with anything less than a 5d. If icould afford a Mark1s i woulda gotten that instead. im a freak about cameras.... now im itching for an HPX500.... Jesus.....
 
congrats timur. i know its what youve been clamoring for for some time now. must feel good. .and that IS a great shot. crisp...love the colors.....nice....
 
well whats interesting is that its not that crisp. its images are soft and organic, but with a VERY mildsharpenign effect in PS-CS2 they become like.... Red footage... ;)

you get so much controll......
 
Yeah good luck Timur. I just got a D80 a couple weeks ago and still haven't stopped smiling.
 
Amazing photo quality. If any of you guys want a brand new sealed Canon 5D/24-105 L lens combo for $2600 let me know. I alsmot bought this but decided to go with a 40D instead.
