Hi. I'm converting from being a Vegas user to FCP. I have a number of files that were captured on a PC using Vegas, shot in 24PA. Vegas does pulldown removal on the fly, so the files don't have the pulldown removed.
Does anybody know of a tool that can accomplish the pulldown removal from an AVI file? Can be either on Mac or PC. Otherwise I'll have to re-capture and re-log a great deal of footage.
Note that the "tools.remove advanced pulldown" menu item is dimmed when I select the clip.
Suggestions?
