Pull down non removal

Final Cut will not remove the 2:3:3:2 pulldown from my clip..

I shot 24PA... the entire shoot.. and all the other clips are working fine, they all were converted to 24p.... jsut the first clip will not work.. keeps getting set to a 29.97 frame rate..

anyone else here experience this?

is it possible that the in-out points of this particular are landing on a BC frame? I don't think that would effect it but who knows..

it was the first clip in a bunch of clips I did a batch capture on... all the others worked except this one..

insights?

Try setting capture another second or 2 from your current start. If it get's an incorrect tiemcode then it may not see it as 24pa.
