Yes, I know not to take what's said on a internet forum as gospel, but I have to shoot a promo video for a pizza restaraunt soon. We have some pre arraigned people for the nice 'eat' shots, but I need some wide shots, non-actors will be in the background.

You think if I put a 'if you come in here you are agreeing to be videotaped' that will make things legal?

Maybe for a television or feature film, but not for a commercial. It gets into the area of "implied endorsement."
