Hey, i had a question regarding public domain...

Am i able to use fairy tales such as Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty or one of the other countless fairy tales out there?

Obviously, i would take it in a new direction but the same principles would remain.

Am i aloud to do it? or will disney or someone else who wants to be top dog have a cry? :D

Yes you can use any of those stories. You just can't use Disney's interpretation of those stories directly. Go to the original (or one of the many, many variations) and you're fine.
