So I have this issue
I'm doing a school film and I need old horror films to be playing on the TV.
I found films that are in the public domain (dementia 13, night of the living dead and house on haunted hill)
I suppose that I can use these without any copyright clearance issues or what so ever.
but I was told that maybe there are US guild residuals on usage that has to be paid or something
any thoughts on this?
