PS & LR Colour Space

Just setting up LR and want to make sure PS & LR are working well together. What is the suggested colour space to use AdobeRGB or ProPhoto...and why?

LR uses prophoto and cannot be changed. AdobeRGB is a Wide gamut space and I don't use it for two reasons. Print houses want sRGB and Video/monitors will not render AdobeRGB.
