Hi,
I am working on some Hd footage which i have edited in ProRes.

I tried exporting it to H264 so I could burn it do DVD and keep the quality (ish).

This didnt work and the footage became jumpy.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Or how I would go about burning ProRes straight to a DVD that would play on a DVD player....is this even possible?

ANY help would be much appreciated, Im incredibly stuck!
many thanks rogan

Thankyou,

So if I was to deliver a HD video what would be the best way to do this in your opinion?

Send them the ProRes video on disc so they could take it to a post house to be put onto BluRay?

Or convert it to H264 and put it onto DVD?

Sorry to ask so many questions...im awfully stuck though,

thank you for your help,

Rogan

How will the video be played?

You can put H.264/WMV-HD on a data DVD and people can play it in their computer.

You could have a post house burn a bluray disc.

You could make the file available on the internet.

You could downcovert to SD and burn it like a normal DVD that will play in pretty much anything.
