Prores 442 to anything else

Howdy. I have just recieved a final cut pro project with several thousand video files, all organized into bins. That is all lovely, except that I need to edit them on Premiere Pro CS5 on a PC. Of course the PC can't read the prores files, even though I can open the project on PP. I know how to export FCP projects for Premiere pro, however I can't figure a good way to convert all these files from ProRes into anything usable on the PC. The files were shot on a Sony Z1u, then logged and captured into prores. That makes them HDV 1080i 60 videos. So, my question to all my DVXUSER friends is:

1) how do i convert all these files into something editable (and lossless!) on my PC while maintaining their names and locations in the copy so i can keep the bins

2) what is the best filetype to convert them into.

I have the most recent Final Cut Studio on a MacBook pro as well as Premiere Pro cs5 on that macbook, but it is not practical to do the edit on the MacBook, but they can be used for the converting.

Thank you all.

If you have PPro on an MacBook Pro, and the latest version, it will read ProRes. At least the Adobe web site claims so.

ProRes is NOT HDV. That is just very bad information.

Why can't you edit on the MBP?

You're question is actually a bit confusing. Maybe more details would help about your workflow and restrictions.
