My short film was selected to air on IFC in December but before that can happen, I have to fill out an Affidavit, Appearance Releases, Location Releases, Music Release, and Property Release.
I'm not sure what I need to do for the property release. Has anyone had any experience filling something like that out?

This will confirm that, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned has agreed as follows:
The undersigned has irrevocably granted permission to _____ ("Producer"), and all others authorized by Producer, to record sound from and to photograph (such recordings and photography being hereinafter referred to as the ("Photography"?) the props and other personal property (collectively the "Property") more specifically described as follows:
and to use the Photography of the Property in connection with a photoplay for theatrical exhibition, and all ancillary uses, (the "Film"?) presently entitled "______".
The undersigned represents and warrants that the undersigned is the sole owner of the Property; that the undersigned has the full right to enter into this agreement and to grant Producer the rights granted herein; that no other person or entity has any interest in the Property; that the consent of no other person or entity is required for your use of the Property as contemplated hereunder; and that the Photography of the Property, and any use thereof in connection with the distribution, exhibition and exploitation of the Film or any other production or program, or any advertising or publicity relating thereto, will not in any way infringe or violate any right whatsoever of any person or entity.
All rights of every kind in and to the Photography will be the exclusive property of Producer and its successors, assignees and licensees, and the Photography (or any portion thereof) may be used, displayed, distributed, exhibited and otherwise exploited in connection with the Film, or any other production or program, or any advertising or publicity relating thereto, in any manner, format, or media worldwide in perpetuity for any and all purposes, without restriction, limitation or condition. Further, the undersigned understands and acknowledges that the undersigned shall not have any right of action against Producer or any other person or entity arising out of any use of the Photography, whether or not such use is, or may be claimed to be, defamatory, untrue, or censurable in nature and hereby waives any and all rights of a similar nature in connection with the exploitation of the Photography. However, Producer will have no obligation to use the Photography (or any portion thereof) or to complete, distribute, exhibit or exploit the Film.
The undersigned understands and acknowledges that Producer will proceed with the Photography in full reliance on the above grant and release.
