Proper Sequence Settings for 24p widescreen

I shot with the dvx100a in 24P Advanced using the AG7200 16x9 Conversion Lens.
When I captured, I did it Advanced Pulldown Removal 29.97 Anamorphic.

However, I am unclear as to what my exact Sequence Settings should be for the timeline. My ultimate goal is to be able, if necessary to blow this up to film.

Should my sequence presets be
A) 29.97 with Anamorphic checked
B) 29.97 with Anamorphic unchecked
C) 23.98 with Anamorphic checked
D) 23.98 with Anamorphic unchecked

Anything else I need to ensure that when I print to tape, everything is right? Aspect Ratio settings? Pixel Aspect Ration? Quicktime Settings?

thanks

p.s. I made a DVD of a few of my clips from the timeline with the settings from C) above. Only the first clip would render, the rest did not. I ended up with one clip that has 3 inch letterbox on top and bottom and the other clips with 1.5 inch on top and bottom.

The AG-LA7200G is an Anamorphic Converter
The AG-DVX100A has three modes for shooting 16:9 wide images. Use the optional 16:9 conversion lens (AG-LA7200G) to take full advantage of the higher image quality made possible by using all of the CCD pixels.
