i'm wanting to pick up a video projector for my new apartment. my target price is $1,000... so it's obvious that i'm not wanting something TOO cutting-edge. i checked out the epson moviemate... simply because it was an all-in-one package, w/ prog. scan dvd, 80" screen, and projector. i'd LOVE to go ahead and nab a projector capable of displaying HD video, for when blu-ray or hd-dvd hits the market. how would a SD dvd look on a 720 projector? ...how about typical analog cable? i've checked out a few 1024x768 projectors that were hovering around the $1,000 range, but i would hate to sacrifice the viewing quality of my current dvd collection while making the HD transition... any help or recommendations for projectors and/or screens?
