project settings for progressive only

When setting the project properties I like to use the Vegas "Match Media settings"

I only shoot progressive (720/60 or 1080/30) What should my Deinterlace method be ? - I would assume "none" but Vegas always default to "blend fields" even though the footage is correctly identified as "P"

Also, any comments on the motion blur type suitable for the formats I am shooting ? (Vegas default "Gaussian"

...And finally when blending footage 720/60 1080/30 on the time line - is it better to keep project properties set to the footage used the most or ..?

It won't make any difference to your progressive footage on a progressive timeline. It's only in the case you add some interlaced footage to the project and vegas tries to "deinterlace" that footage.

The motion blur type only comes into play if you add something which needs motion blur, like moving text.
