project properties for HD 720

i set my height and width to 1280 x 720 using the HDV preset. should i change the frame rate to 23.976 or 24? i am going to render to .avi using the cineform preset. rendering to 1280x720 res. I am going to let DVD architect do the compressing. Should i render to a DVDA 24p preset for DVD output?

Always use 23.976 for 24p video. 24.000 is for matching “real” film that has been digitized. Output using one of the the DVD Architect 24p settings.
