Project Properties: Deinterlace Method

I'm editing clips filmed in 24p (advanced) and I'm curious as to how I should set my project properties in Vegas. I've got the frame rate set to 23.976, full-res render quality is best, motion blur type is is Gaussian... But what about the Deinterlace Method setting? Should that be set to None? Blend Fields?

Any advice/explanation on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure you have checked ALLOW PULLDOWN REMOVAL WHEN OPENING 24P DV (Under Options/Preferences)

Just use the default 24p project preset.

set it to NONE , IMO change best to GOOD unless you have changed the speed of clips or have scaled any clips ...
