Project Greenlight 4

Since the Miramax/Disney split, I image that question is on a lot of peoples minds... I would not hold my breath though, at least 'til we see how well "Feast" does at the BO. It doesn't come out until Feb. 2006, I believe.

Well, according to Chris Moore (on the Bravo website) it is unlikely. Ratings were poor, even though it got an Emmy nomination.

Cheers.

I think if Feast does well, we'll probably see a PG4. Plus, it's a reality show, america and tv companies are suckers for those sequels.

Screw that.

That's all we need is to be put on a reality show and made to look like a complete asshat in front of millions of viewers by the vclever editors and producers.

You couldnt pay me to be involved with that shite.

Ok John, I will give you 13 HVXs, 4 Varicams, 2 Cinealtas, an Avid DNS Nitro HD system with 6 TBs of storage, an ARRI Laser Printer and 17 virgins...
... Your call time is 07:30!!!

You'd be there!!

And He says, "Would you make love to me for a million dollars, cash?"

And She says, "A million dollars cash?

And He says, "Yes"

And She says, "For a million dollars cash, of course!"

And He says, "OK, would you make love to me for a dollar?"

And She says, "A dollar!!? A dollar!!? What do you think I am!!!?"

And He says, "Well, we have established what you are. We are just working out the price."

For a dollar, can you name the man that that exchange is credited to? [even though it's been paraphrased a million times over]

The last season really killed PG. The editing was so outlandish, and not even consistent where one week Gulager is Satan and the next he is a genius, without much explanation as to why. They have to quit letting the editing and marketing control the story so much (in all reality shows in general). I like (d) reality shows, but have been shutting them off at a record pace. Even Survivor has dropped off my list, the only one left to watch (for me) is ANTM. I think I am going to suggest to Tyra that she hire me as "house mom" next year. :)

I heard it from a Baptist preacher years ago.... Who said it?

Let's do a reality show of the making of a Project Greenlight Season! Man, they could go behind the scenes as the STUDIO EXECS talk about making a pile of sh!t just to sucker the targetted audience, then discuss how they're going to hype the steaming pile of celluloid, then a cut to Damon & Afflaeck discussing how they can get their names of this entire steaming pile of goose sh!t before it damages their "reputations" and "standings" in H'wood. Then everyone puts on a new LIVESTRONG BRACELET to show their compassion to whatever this yellow latex plastic armband represents. Then some insider related to some 1960's character actor will be chosen to direct the worst screen play written by a couple of college aged flunkies whose agent is BJing the STUDIO EXECS who decide which pile of steaming celluloid will be filmed!
WHEEEWW...now I'd pay to see that!

I sure hope there is another season. I think the mistake they made was going with the bravo crew. The last season was BY FAR the worst, and of coarse was shown to the widest audience. FOR SHAAAAME!

Heres to another season that focuses on the process rather than trying to juice the most amont of drama out of every little event. :(

After thinking about it more, isn't the movie the point? If Scream does well, there will be more movies and more BTS to go wth it. But if all they are doing is documenting failure and mediocrity, it should die. The last season the show wagged the movies tail.
