PROGRESSIVE or INTERLACED, that is the question...

Just to get a definative answer: 24PA footage is PROGRESSIVE, right? When I make a sequence that is 23.98 under the 'sequence settings' the 'general' tab lists "Field Dominence" as "NONE." It actually doesn't allow you to change that, which indicates Progressive to me.
But, under that same 'sequence settings: general' tab there is "Quicktime Settings" and it is defaulted at "DV/DVCPRO - NTSC" and when you click "Advanced" the 'SCAN MODE' is set for "Interlaced."
Is this a problem, should I change it to Progressive? And when I do any qt files should I choose progressive or interlaced? I gone and got cornfused again.
~ Gun, if you answer this first you and I should just start our own club (you'll be the leader).

That is as it should be. The QT Advanced setting you're looking at is the compressor engine used to handle the footage. The Editing Time Base is what determines the fps of the Seqeuence. You're set properly, don't worry.
