Let's say I've got a film that's currently 2k (or 4k), and I want it compressed for SD dvd, is there a place I can send it to be professionally compressed? Or is there a program that I have access to that will give me results that won't negate the format I shot it on? My worry is to spend the time/money shooting on 35 with a telecine, just to have a bad compressed copy distributed.
