With all these features and shorts, what's the points system called and how is it constructed? Are there contract samples here?

I''m talking about offering actors/crew a cut when and if the production makes money. I guess it's not really points, there must be another name for this type of indie production model?

I thought you were talking about when certain individuals have gross income percentage points.

I've heard of this before. Everyone has a salary but certain people negotiate a percentage of the final profit.

For instance some A list actors agent wants his main man to get paid 3 million dollars and 5% of the films profits.

Some directors and other high up creatives sometimes negotiate payment in this fashion as well.

There is a word for dealing out those percentages, but I cannot help you. Sorry Brian.
