Production forms. Any advice?

I want to do things a little more professional. I am having a production meeting this week and am at a loss. I need to go over- shooting schedule, rehersals, budget, locations, and probably a million other things. I don't know were to start. This is madness. Any help would be apprectiated.

Do a search online. There are also a number of production books that have printed forms and breakdown of the proces; some include CD of forms.
