Hey everyone,
I at one time thought I stumbled upon multiple options when searching for production forms, and discoverd some forms I didn't need at a time, but now can't find (of course)
Yes I should have bookmarked, backed-up, etc... But I didn't and had some computer problems and now can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
I'm specifically looking for some kind of form that could be put up as a sign at events that I would be videotaping, basically covering me from having to get 2,000+ people's talent releases. I'm pretty sure I've seen something like this, with specific legal-eze, but I'm at a loss as to where.
Anybody know where I could find this or have some suggestions where I should look?
