Production Agreement...

I am trying to develop a standard production agreement for my company. Before I re-invent the wheel, I was hoping that a few of you have an agreement in soft copy that I could use.

The only templates I came by were the one's being sold by those legal sites. I was hoping that someone on this forum perhaps had an agreement they created that they were happy with that i could take a look at...
 
Did you Google "production agreement"? I just did an came up with several sample you could copy and paste.

That's about the best I can do unless you want to be more specific on the form you're looking for.
 
Doesn't the book Feature Filmmaking At Used Car Prices have all sorts of releases, documents and production agreements at the end, drawn up for California state in particular?

I know I saw them in there...check it out. You may have to tweak it for wherever you are, but should be pretty standard stuff that you can photocopy right out of the book. (I think he puts them there for that reason, basically.)
