I have a commercial shoot, which is to be featured on their new upcoming website.
It includes an interview with the owner/founder of the store/company.
The rest of the footage is B-Roll.
When I did these shoots before, we did a lot of action shots with customers, the workers demonstrating the items or doing other things in the video.
I also included snippets of the location.
This time, I will be doing the interview as normal, but there wont be much or action shots.
Its just a store that sells beauty products. So, I guess they want me to focus on the products and make it look glamorous.
Any tips?
Are there any commercials, big or small, that has done something similar? - perhaps focused on displaying their products and store only and not much else?
-------
Id like to do record some footage in a white soft box on a rotating table. Thats the best thing I can think of. But, I dont know if they would want to spend the extra for renting one of these out.
Ill ask. Its a thought. -- But what are they called?
*I found something called the 'Cubelite'. I can buy this from Vistek in Toronto.
But, Id like to have this with a spinning base.
