Producing a "window" dub?

[falcon418]

Does anyone know if it is possible to produce a "window" dub out of Ppro or AE CS3

Just to be clear; what I mean by a window dub is footage that shows a small window with the timecode running as the footage plays.

Thanks,

Using video Timecode Effect should do it.

Thanks for the tip. Works perfectly.
