When I drag this transition into my timeline, I get the dialgue box for Video Event Fx, and in the window to the left is -Root and +Studio-VideoEffects1. When I open the Studio-VideoEffects1, there is an effect I would like to use found under Particles. How do I get this effect into my timeline?
I've read the manual, used the online help, looked for something in Spot's Vegas4 book...and I am lost.
