problems with premiere encoder

whenever i try to compress a video for the web in quicktime, i go through the encoder and everything.... but when i play the file i get this-

Error -2000: a necessary data reference could not be resolved

what's going on? and can i fix it? thank you.

Sorry, can't help you here, I do all my encoding for the web with Sorenson Squeeze Compression Suite.
