Ive tried getting help from Red Giant Software, but their customer service is horrible and they never responded to my emails, except once where they said "install the update" and that was it. If someone who is experienced with Vegas and Magic Bullet could please help me with installing MB v1.0, I would greatly appreciate it.
When i install, everything goes fine, says the program was installed correctly, but there is no sign of MB anywhere in the program. Ive already tried installing the update on the MB website, but i never had/have an error popping up saying something wasnt found, it just doesnt show up anywhere. The MB folders are full of files, although none of those files are in my vegas 6.0c folder, and MB shows up on my start menu.
im figuring that this is something more complicated than a simple fix, but im hoping someone else on this board may know of a fix. Maybe even know how to manually install the files.
