Problems with DVXUser 3500 Battery

I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble with theirs? I bought two back in the fall and have only used them a few hours total, but now they will not charge properly. One will charge about 50% the other not at all.

I would normaly assume that there is a problem with my charger, but the Panasonic batteries charge fine.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

they should come fully charged as i believe jarred tests them before sending them out. i havent heard of anyone having any issues unless theyve been improperly handled or stored.
 
I had a problem with one. The base fell off of the batt exposing the wires. Glued it back together and working fine.

No other problems and I have 3 of them and use them a lot.
